Por cierto todo el que tenga un VMP (patinete eléctrico). Desde ayer es ilegal usarlos. TODOS. Para poder volver a usarlos de forma legal hay que registrarlos y matricularlos en la DGT. Conseguir la matricula y asegurarlos con un seguro asociado a la misma. Sin preaviso ni moratoria.
