Se trata de PreZero, a la que el ayuntamiento entregó la gestión de basuras por 20 años y más de 238 millones de euros. La compañía pertenece al grupo alemán Schwarz, propiedad del magnate Dieter Schwarz, fundador de Lidl y Kaufland.
